Any person who want to sell, buy or rent a property can register to helloaddress.com. The profile and the property/property requirement details can be posted in the site.

A2. How to register on helloaddress.com?
Comprehensive information of the person posting the property profile or posting the property requirement is entered during registration. The user can all information at one go and create a My Account Page where all his dealing will be detailed.

A3. Why should I register on helloaddress.com?
Helloaddress.com is an exclusive realestate portal for Kerala. Registering to helloaddress.com enables you to post the property details as a seller and post the property requirement and View contact ,Send SMS , Email to the preferred propety instantly.

A4.Can I use helloaddress.com without registering?
You can use helloaddress as a guest user to search and find thousands of properties and details. You can access complete resource on realestate accessory pages.

A5. Why should I give my email id and contact details when I am registering on helloaddress.com?
The email id that you specify is the one of the options on which you get all information and customer contact on your listed property. Other contact details are phone no. and your mailing address. You will get instant contact with your prospective customer through SMS and Email. Only registered users on the site will be able to access your contact details and email id.

A6.How do I add photos while registering?
After registering you personal info, select Post Property to post property details where you will have option to upload photo. You can upload one photo along with posting property details. Additional photos(up to 25 in photo gallery) will be charged.

A7. What happens if there is objectionable contents in any of the matter I have entered?
If by any chance any/all of the fields have objectionable content , the admin rejects entries in the field and sends you an email showing the reason why it has been rejected. You can change the matter and enter the fresh content using the link Edit in My Account page.The new entry will be screened and approved by the admin.

Post Property
B1. What is Post Property option in helloaddress.com?
After register to helloaddress.com , you can post the property details to list the property to sell/rent which will be viewed by the buyers who want to buy/rent the property through Search. You can upload one along with the property details.

B2.Why should I enter Property Description helloaddress.com?
You can include more details in the Proerty description field that gives a clear picture to the customer visiting your property details.

B3.Should I enter the contact details in Post Property?
The contact address, phone numbers and email id will be the instant source of contact for those who you view your property. So its must that the contact entries should be filled

B4. What is my Property Id?
Once a property is listed on helloaddress.com, an id will be provided which will be unique for you property. This number along with 'P' ( e.g. P1204) will be displayed against your property whenever its viewed. The property id can be entered in the Search option, Search profile by ID, to find the profile you want.

Managing Profiles
C1. How do I log on to helloaddress.com?
You can log on to helloaddress.com using your username and password created during Registration. If you forget your password, you can click on th link ChangePassword in the Homepage to create new password.

C2. How can I change the information I submitted during Registration?
You can change information submitted during registration by clicking on Edit feature in your My Account Page.

C3.How can I change my password submitted on Registration? You can do that by logging on to the site and using the link on My Account Page.

C4. What is my Account Summary?
Your account summary will give the number of Email and SMS Messages received and sent and your action on the messages.

C5. What is my Property Detail Summary?
This gives info on the Property details you have posted for sell/ buy purpose.

C6. What is Manage Property Details?
This gives the list of properties you have posted by Property ID . You can edit the property details and Manage attachments help you to attach photos and videos related to the posted property.

C7.What is Manage Requirements?
Here you can manage the property requirement you have posted for buy purpose.

C8.What is My list?
This gives the list of properties you have posted by property id , its status online along with attachment details.

C9. What is Edit Profile?
You can Edit your profile submitted during Registration

Search
D1. How can I search for my interested property on helloaddress.com?
You can do simple search to find your property. You can also use Advanced Search to widen your search. The search result can be further refined using posted data, ownership type etc.You can also search by Property Id.

D2. Can I save my search results?
You can use Save this Search option to save the entire search page for future reference.

D3. How can I save the preferred listing for future reference?
You can use Save listing option to save the interested listing under a suitable name.

D4. How can I retrieve the listings that I saved during search?
You can find the link to Saved listing in your My Account Page. The link gives the complete property listing that you have saved .
