As a result, we may not be able to know the status of your payment transaction and hence , kindly assume it to be a failed payment. For such cases , the transaction is not processed at our end. In such cases of your money got deducted but you did't receive the product, we will automatically refund your money into your bank or credit card account. Take into account that we have initiated refund when we found your money got deducted but you did't receive the product. We have seen that banks would normally take a few weeks to even a month to show these refunds in the respective account.
