The 1.4 acre plot is divided into 8 plots measuring 17.5 cents each. Instead of boundary walls, American style picket fencing is planned around each plot. Outer boundary of 1.4 acres has a proper concrete wall. There's a 14 feet wide, 110 meter long common central road spread in about 10 cents of land, which gives river & road access to all plot owners. This road can be used as a jogging track as well as parking lot for your guests in case you have a function at your home. About three dozen cars can easily be parked here.
